Practical AI for cleaners
AI for cleaners. Keep the new customer while your hands are full.
You're halfway through an oven with rubber gloves on, or driving between houses. The phone rings with a new regular. A missed-call text-back sends them a message asking what they need, so you can reply on your break. I set it up for you.
Nothing is charged until you agree. No jargon, and no obligation.
Why cleaners lose jobs to missed calls
Cleaning enquiries are easy to lose. The caller wants a price and a date, and if you don't pick up they ring the next cleaner on the page. A regular weekly clean is worth a lot over a year, so one missed call costs more than it looks.
A text asks for what you need to quote: type of property, size and when they want it. You answer when you can, and you're not stopping mid-job to do it.
What your caller gets
Hi, it's [your company name]. Sorry I missed your call, I'm with a customer at the moment. What type of clean do you need, and where are you? I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Works for domestic, end-of-tenancy and office cleans. You choose the wording. See the full explanation of missed-call text-back.
Other places AI can save a cleaner time
- Following up quotes and one-off enquiries
- Drafting replies to customers, which you check before they go
- Asking regular customers for a review
- Reminding customers about upcoming visits
Today I set up the missed-call text-back. The rest is where your top 3 can point you, and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What it won't do
- It doesn't give a price or book a clean. It starts the conversation for you.
- It can't text callers who withhold their number, or ring from a landline that can't receive texts.
- Diverted calls can use minutes on some mobile plans. Check yours, or ask me to.
- I can't promise a number of extra jobs or customers. It fixes one gap, and that's all.
What it costs
Missed-call text-back is £59 a month plus a £195 one-off setup. Prices are provisional while package terms are confirmed. VAT and terms are confirmed before you buy, and nothing is charged until you agree. An AI receptionist, Aimy, is coming soon but isn't live for customers yet.
Questions cleaners ask
I work alone. Is this too big for me?
No. A sole trader with one mobile is the typical customer. You keep your number and add a divert for calls you don't answer.
Will it text customers who ring from a landline?
Most UK landlines can't receive texts, so those callers won't see it. That's one of the limits.
How much is it?
£59 a month plus £195 one-off setup, provisional while package terms are confirmed. Nothing is charged until you agree.
