What it costs
Missed-call text-back is £59 a month plus a £195 one-off setup. Prices are provisional while package terms are confirmed. VAT and terms are confirmed before you buy, and nothing is charged until you agree. An AI receptionist, Aimy, is coming soon but isn't live for customers yet.
Questions builders ask
Is this only for small jobs?
No. It texts anyone you missed. Bigger enquiries are the ones where a quick reply can matter most, but you still decide what's worth following up.
Do I need to change my phone or number?
No. You keep both. Setup adds a call divert for calls you don't answer, which you can switch off.
Is there a contract?
Nothing is charged until you agree. Package terms, including cancellation, are confirmed before you buy.
