What we collect

Only what you send us through the request forms: your name, mobile number and/or email, your business name or website, the type of business you run, the packages you ask about, a preferred time and a short message if you add one. If you arrive from one of my emails, a short code in the link tells me which email you came from. It is stored with your request or as a simple visit record, with no cookies, no IP address and no third-party tracking.

Why

To reply to your request, to confirm scope and next steps, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Requests are stored privately with our hosting provider so we can reply to you.

How long

We keep requests only as long as needed to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the service. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
